Susan Alesbury
Susan is a registered and qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner, Transformation Therapist, Aboriginal Dreamtime Healer, Cross Colour Healer, Reiki Practitioner and Nutrition Consultant. 
Susan started Habitbreakers when she moved to New Zealand from the UK in 2007 and is delighted to be a permanent resident now. She trained to Leadership with Anthony Robbins and has been helping people to make lasting changes for many years. She has a wealth of experience and a tool bag of skills to assist with many a problem.
Susan is an animal lover and enjoys walking, skiing and travelling.
John Howlett

John trained with Elestial and has worked internationally, including working alongside Paul McKenna, Andrew Newton and Richard Bandler. He was lead hypnotherapist for over 15 years in the Uk until he moved across the world to Auckland, New Zealand in 2009 where he opened North Shore Hypnotherapy. He joined forces with Susan at Habitbreakers in 2012 after they realised a mutual passion for helping people to stop smoking and lose weight.
As a former Solo long distance walker, he is well experienced in understanding Goals, Future planning, visualisation and Excellence. His hobbies include Ukelele, and Conference organisation, he is also a public speaker and owner of Blast Off Seminars.

What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis is an ancient, scientifically proven technique that allows us to communicate directly with our unconscious mind. The unconscious mind controls our habits and tendencies. In the relaxed state of hypnosis, we can convince the unconscious to change the habits of a lifetime. Many people do not fully understand the positive results that can be achieved in a professional hypnosis session. Hypnosis is effectively used in medicine, dentistry, law, sports and education.
Usually, most people are able to be hypnotised successfully. While under hypnosis, some people feel relaxed and lethargic, others feel a lightness. Often people cannot tell the difference between the hypnotised and the waking states. The main thing is that you will notice an inexplicable change in your daily behaviour.
