Stop smoking now! Call 0800 497 664 or 0220 499 599.

Becoming one of the thousands of Kiwis who are giving up smoking for Stoptober is easier than you think! With our unique approach you can kick the habit in no time. Habit Breakers in Auckland uses hypnosis to help you stop smoking and stay off nicotine for life.

First approved by the British Medical Association (BMA) and the American Medical Association (AMA) in the 1950's, hypnosis can be a highly effective tool in the fight against addiction. Successful treatment depends on the skill and experience of your hypnotherapist.

Habit Breakers uses traditional hypnotherapy techniques combined with the new science of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), which takes hypnosis to another level of effectiveness.

With our method it's not painful or difficult to stop smoking! We transfer the pleasure you get from smoking into a healthier habit of your choice such as running, exercising, or drinking water. With Habit Breakers you won't put on weight or experience any other problems when you stop smoking. The only side effects are better health and more money in your pocket!

What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis is an ancient, scientifically proven technique that allows us to communicate directly with our unconscious mind. The unconscious mind controls our habits and tendencies. In the relaxed state of hypnosis, we can convince the unconscious to change the habits of a lifetime. Many people do not fully understand the positive results that can be achieved in a professional hypnosis session. Hypnosis is effectively used in medicine, dentistry, law, sports and education.
Usually, most people are able to be hypnotised successfully. While under hypnosis, some people feel relaxed and lethargic, others feel a lightness. Often people cannot tell the difference between the hypnotised and the waking states. The main thing is that you will notice an inexplicable change in your daily behaviour.
Hypnosis is one hundred percent safe. You are always aware and in control and can end the session at any time. Hypnosis is not sleep and you cannot you get “stuck” in a state of hypnosis. You cannot ever be made to do something against your will! You will find that hypnosis is a safe, relaxing and enjoyable experience.
Smoking is a habit, so it is controlled by your unconscious mind.
Habit Breakers can help you transition into a healthy lifestyle and become a happy non-smoker.

It only takes one hour to quit!
